Rixos Premium Tekirova - The Land of Legends Access

I had a wonderful experience at Rixos Premium Tekirova.The Guest Relations Department, led by Mr. Tamerlan, together with his team members Kaan and Yağmur, were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm approach and dedication made my stay truly comfortable and memorable.I would also like to highlight the Spa section, where I had one of the best massage experiences thanks to Ayu. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel completely renewed.Overall, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay exceptional. I sincerely thank the whole team and highly recommend Rixos Premium Tekirova to everyone.

The room. Steam and sauna and massage was amazing

Almost everything was closed during winter including kids rixos play area which we were looking forward to using. So the kids only had the tiny kids club to go to which they got bored of as it's just a room with few activities. There was no playground for them to play in as it was closed during winter

- Outstanding facilities for children. My 2-year-old was never bored- Gorgeous landscape. The hotel is stones away from the National Park.- Personal assistant - had an outstanding experience with Polina. All of my requests were handled promptly. - Daily gym schedule - morning yoga and stretching sessions were fab.- Massages by Ramazan - great and knowledgeable physio who does phenomenal deep tissue. Highly recommend.-Availability of meals, water and fresh fruit around the clock

-The food was okay. It was better last year tbh. Applies to all restaurants, except People's.-Restaurant staff are often confused and inexperienced. They forget your order, and I often had to scout for a high chair myself.-Cleaning is okay. If you ask, they will do a proper cleaning. If not, you will end up with a dirty floor and toilet for 10 days straight-Buggies are driving across the property way too fast***In the previous version of my review, I flagged a major issue that disrupted our stay, which has since been addressed by the Hotel Management team. They went above and beyond and managed to provide a resolution.

One assistant (Ulugbek) was not quite professional enough, not proactive, etc. There was no restrictions for smoking persons. Everyone smoked everywhere (except inside restrants)

Everything was incredible! But the beach was out favorite. Clear water and plenty of sun chairs to go around. Our personal assistant, Kaan, saw to all of our dinner reservations. It was the most relaxing trip we have ever taken!

The things they try to upscale are very expensive. €130 for a rental car for one day is excessive. Same with Airport transfer. I booked a private transfer for €35. Their price was well over €100!

Night shows, kid facilities food and beach was remarkable Mert and Ulugbek handles guest communications well.

It’s our 2nd time in Rixos Tekirova and we absolutely love it ! It is our second time booking a pool villa and this time they were so kind to upgrade it to a family pool villa and we absolutely adored it ! Everything is top notch from the food , to the staff , to the cleaning . I think by far this is the most beautiful resort in Antalya . Definitely not the last time !

First of all I would like to say Big Thanks to Margarita and Polina, our personal assistants that make our holiday exceptional . They were every minute with us, making all our desires come true, starting form easiest answering all our questions, booking of restaurants and up to being with us in hospital due to urgent husband health condition. I just imagine if we were alone with the problems and all the questions - that wasn’t the best holidays , but I can reassure you won’t be regret of being in this hotel. The territory is amazing , everything is super smart , all the personal are very intelligent and helpful. We were given a better room, as a genuine travellers, thanks to Habib. My daughter was extremely happy with the Rixy club and dreaming to come back. We came when the orange blossom, and really guys from now - I am obsessed with that smell, need to find something similar to my home) The food. I like the variety and quality of the food , how clean everywhere in the kitchen, where the do omelettes or pasta of frying smth else. Big variety of meat, less fish, I don’t like pasta, but it was really nice , was trying before the daughter eats, there were 4 ala carte restaurants, Italian and international we enjoyed more than others. Amazing tennis classes, sport activities and the most important thing that the hotel is not new, but it is really keeps in a good condition, they do some new restaurants, villas, made some renovations, expanded, they are not staying 20 years ago , as just build, but they are still in a very high demand as just opened)

A la carte Italian restaurant - absolutely amazing quality of every meal served!

There was no information prior to arrival that April is still a Winter season! Therefore, most of the anticipated facilities and kids attractions were closed.Service in the main restaurant was close to non existing: tables not prepared (no utensils), to order a drink you had to "catch" the waiter.Single Starbucks coffee machine in the entire hotel.All flaws reported to the guest relations were lousy excused.NOT a Rixos quality and style! Never again.

I loved the service provided I had the most amazing two assistants Polina and Margarita who did the best job of making me feel comfortable. They let me know the timetables, excursions, meals and arranged any trips I wanted. I loved that it was clean and the mini bar was always stocked. The staff were so happy to help and the most kind people ever. I had the best birthday week ever and would definitely stay again. The facilities were endless and the activities so much fun even for adults the cinema, gym, beach, Starbucks’s you name it they had it.

Only sad part of my stay was that the water park was closed as it was earlier in the season other then that I was really happy.

Beautiful location, spacious and green area around the hotel, good quality and variety of food, fitness activities, and overall facilities including gym and spa.

Room was a bit old, but clean . And at the end we didn’t spend much time in the room

Great location, large and green territory, access to the tennis courts and other sports facilities, nice guest relations, animation staff and sports trainers. Great idea of sharing (extensive) daily programme via Whatsapp. Great menu options.

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions already. It becomes visible that the main facility is starting to get old. While rooms were renovated, the quality of renovation is not always up to the same standard. The attitude of the staff in restauration has deteriorated from the past.

atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. personnel is caring and helpful in many ways with great attitude to children. the food also great, I liked variety and quality

most of the times cocktails are just mix of alcohol with approximate proportions and ingredients may vary

I enjoyed the WhatsApp chat, two personal assistants who were always keen to help and they replied straight away. The waterpark was really good and the swimming facilities.

Hotel is a bit far away, but if you have kids they can spend all day here, me and my partner wanted to go to Antalya and it cost us £150 so bare in mind the location is pretty far, however the facilities are excellent.

Everything! Every staff member went out their way to make our experience memorable! Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and staff couldn’t be more helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the food & entertainment was amazing! Considering I have quite a few allergies I felt as if there was quite a lot of choice and each restaurant went out their way to cater for my allergies. The grill lamb restaurant was amazing! Best meal we had at the resort.

Service,food,quality,staff.All employees look like they are slave and dont want to work.They dont pay attention what you are asking and look their watch to get out from there.

Good kids facilities, comfy beds and nice room size.

Some staff rude. Public toilets very dirty. Food standard VERY poor. Cocktails undrinkable.
